John Doucette

John Doucette has extensive work experience in sales operations and analytics. John is currently the Senior Director of Sales Operations and Analytics at Skedulo, where they are responsible for sales analysis, planning, reporting, sales process improvement, territory and headcount planning, and optimization. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Revenue Operations at COMPLY, leading a cross-functional team and implementing new forecasting and pipeline cadence. John has also held positions as the Director of Sales Operations and Analytics at Catchpoint, Global Sales Ops Leader and Field Finance at Empirix, Senior Finance Business Partner at Pegasystems, Senior Director of FP&A and Business Operations at Cardinal Health, BU Finance Controller at CA Technologies, and Senior Director of Finance and Sales Operations at RSA Security. John began their career as a Finance Controller at Compaq Computer/Digital Equipment Corp.

John Doucette earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy from Bentley University in 1984. John then went on to receive their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Management from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University from 1996 to 1998.
