Dan Stefka has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. Dan worked at Pepper Construction Group from 1987 to 2013, serving as a Foreman/ Safety. In 2013, they joined Skender Construction as a Field Operations Manager and also worked as a Foreman.
Dan Stefka attended Johnsburg Highschool/Mchenry County College from 1982 to 1986. During this time, they pursued a degree in Fire Science/Fire-fighting and obtained the qualification of Fire Fighter II and Paramedic.
