Daria Kuhar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience and sales operations. Currently serving as a Global Sales Operations Coordinator at SKF Group since September 2021, Daria has successfully developed and executed customer experience strategies across the Industrial Sales Region EMEA. Prior to this role, Daria held various positions at SKF Group focusing on customer experience leadership and marketing automation. Daria's previous experience includes leading customer service teams at Calzedonia Group, where responsibilities ranged from team leadership to training, as well as providing direct customer support. Daria's educational background includes an MBA in e-Leadership and certifications in Power BI and the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® methodology, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
