Josefin Södergård

Josefin Södergård is an experienced professional in leadership, people development, and organizational culture, currently serving as VP of People Experience Commercial Excellence Bearings and VP of Leadership & People Development at SKF Group since April 2021. Previously, Josefin co-owned Evolabel AB from March 2007 to June 2021 and held the position of Head of Strategic Capabilities at Stena AB, where strategic people and organizational development were facilitated in collaboration with executive management. Josefin's earlier experience includes serving as HR Manager for Corporate Leadership Projects at Göteborgs Stad and as a Senior HR Business Partner focusing on leadership development in various sectors. Josefin holds a degree as a Chartered Organizational Psychologist from Uppsala University and additional studies from Lund University and the University of Gothenburg.
