Lars Kristiansen

Lars Kristiansen has extensive experience in leadership roles within the health and welfare sector, currently serving as Seksjonsleder for Fellestjenester at Skien kommune since August 1992. Responsibilities include overseeing staff and support services related to HR, finance, and various operations such as production and transportation. Lars has also held positions such as Spesialrådgiver, Virksomhetsleder, and Økonomirådgiver, focusing on economic management, planning, budgeting, and reporting within the organization. Prior experience includes roles in finance at Notodden kommune and educational positions at Telemark fylkeskommune. Lars holds a Master’s degree in styring og ledelse from Oslo and Akershus University College and multiple degrees in business administration and related fields from prestigious institutions. Additionally, a foundation in sports education was established through earlier military training.
