Inessa Abramyan

Inessa Abramyan is an experienced instructional designer with a strong background in developing online learning programs. At Skillbox, Inessa designs self-paced online courses in collaboration with subject-matter experts, achieving over 6000 enrollments and a conversion rate of 40-50%. As a lead instructional designer at Level, Inessa conducted comprehensive audience and needs analyses, developing more than 50 e-learning courses across various modalities, including video-based and game-based learning. Inessa's early experience at UNIWEB involved creating training materials and documenting LMS guidelines.
