Fabian Pillay has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Fabian worked as a Managing Director at Skill Capital, where they specialized in finding and assessing board-level management teams and facilitating due diligence on upcoming deals. Prior to that, they were a Board Observer at London Dynamics and Dragonfly AI, responsible for the growth and scaling of these businesses across different sectors. Fabian also served as a Venture Capital Principal & Scaling Partner at Capita, where they helped start-ups think and act like big companies. Additionally, they worked as a Principal Consultant at Newton Europe Limited, where they collaborated closely with clients to solve complex challenges in the public and private sectors. Fabian started their career as a Design Engineer at Triumph Motorcycles, where they were involved in the development of new parts and implemented solutions for warranty issues.

Fabian Pillay holds a MEng degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bath. Fabian also attended The Skinners' School, although the degree and field of study are unknown.
