Matthew Gregory has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew currently holds the position of Co-Chief Executive Officer at Skillcentrix, a role they have held since August 2022. Prior to this, Matthew worked at IBM from 2016 to 2022, where they held various roles including IBM Workday Practice - Distribution and Industrial Market Leader - Associate Partner and North American Sales Leader. Before IBM, they worked at Oracle as a Consulting Sales Manager in the HCM department from 2012 to 2016. Matthew also had brief stints at LEO Pharma as a Specialty Field Sales employee in 2012, PerkinElmer as a Clinical Consultant from 2008 to 2012, Grand Circle Corporation as a Senior Sales Executive in 2010-2011, and Olympia Sports as a Store Manager from 2007 to 2008.
Matthew Gregory completed their Executive MBA at the Quantic School of Business and Technology from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, they graduated from UMass Boston with a B.S. in Political Science. In addition to their educational background, Matthew has obtained certifications such as IBM Agile Explorer, Enterprise Design Thinking Practitioner, and IBM Selling Profession Certification - Level I.
