Jess Wagner

Jess Wagner serves as the Vice President of Client Services at Skillcloud Consulting Group, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of HCM Technology Implementation Consultants, Managed HR & Payroll Consultants, and Talent Acquisition Specialists to ensure clients receive exceptional service. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Implementation Solution Services at Skillcloud, where management of HCM implementation teams was key, and Director of Payroll at altafiber, overseeing payroll operations for a diverse employee base across multiple regions. Jess also held several positions at Paycor, including Principal Implementation Strategy Manager and Principal Implementation Consultant, focusing on optimizing client experiences and managing high-revenue payroll accounts. Jess’s career began as a Senior Payroll Specialist and Team Lead at Lerner, Sampson & Rothfuss. Educationally, Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Cincinnati.
