Mikael Subotowicz

Mikael Subotowicz currently serves as Managing Director for emagine in Poland and holds the position of Deputy Nearshore/Offshore Director. With extensive leadership experience, Mikael is also the Deputy CEO and Founder of Skillspark and has served as a Board Advisor at Junglemap. Previous roles include Owner and Board Member at System Verification, Managing Director for both Poland and Denmark at Ework Group, and Managing Director for the CEE region at Magnit and Madeo Sourcing Group AB. Early career achievements include serving as SVP Business Development Director at ÅF and SAP Business Development Manager at eWork. Mikael holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Relations and Affairs from Hobart and William Smith Colleges, completed in 2006.
