Skillties
Skillties is an AI-driven skill management solution for companies. We cover three critical areas of HR development: (1) the creation of a company-specific architecture for skill and job disciplines, (2) the identification and evaluation of employees' skills, and (3) the closing of critical skill gaps. These three areas are a challenge for SMEsand enterprises alike. The well-known Technology Advisors Gartner acknowledges those challenges and considers the solution, so-called "skill graphs", as one of the most relevant topics in HR for the next 5-10 years. We are building a unique open-skill graph technology and a custom AI to solve the first two challenges. Furthermore, our AI will deliver an entirely new way of curating learning initiatives/content to solve the third challenge mentioned above. Our AI can index content from public sources (e.g. Youtube, Medium, GitHub) and non-public sources (e.g. LMS, SharePoint) and semantically map those learning initiatives to skills and proficiency levels. As often assumed, this is not a mapping of keywords but rather an advanced AI-driven graph technology. As a result, Skillties can suggest millions of learning initiatives to individual employees that match their skill level, skill gaps, work locations, and learning preferences. Through indexing and mapping, Skillties is effectively building the most extensive learning catalog in the world and, for the first time, developing highly customized learning paths automatically. Skillties will launch as a beta in November this year! We founded Skillties in May and privately funded the development of the software, but our journey started more than seven years ago. That's the time we needed to develop our unique and competitive AI technology. We have already convinced a key player in Germany's e-learning and seminar industry to start cooperating with us. Also, the first customer feedbacks were positive.
