Paula Galperin has a diverse and extensive work experience in the retail industry. Paula is currently working as the SVP of Merchandising at SKIMS since January 2022. Prior to this, Paula held various roles at Urban Outfitters, starting as an Apparel Buyer in July 2015 and later progressing to become the Director of Women's Merchandising Strategy and Operations. Paula also served as the Executive Director of Women's Merchandising for Apparel, Intimates, Lounge, and Active categories from November 2020 to January 2022.
Before working at Urban Outfitters, Paula worked as a Buyer at Target from October 2013 to May 2015. Prior to that, they had a significant tenure at Aritzia, starting as an Apparel Buyer in September 2009, and later becoming a Denim Buyer from June 2010 to September 2013. Lastly, before joining Aritzia, Paula served as an Apparel Buyer at TNT The New Trend from May 2003 to September 2009.
Paula Galperin has a degree in History and Political Science from the University of Toronto.
