Hannah C. is an experienced pharmacist currently serving as a Prescribing Pharmacist at Skin + Me since July 2022. Prior to this role, Hannah worked as a PCN pharmacist at Healthwest PCN for a brief period in October 2020 and held various positions at Boots UK from August 2017 to October 2020, including Hospital Pharmacist and Responsible Pharmacist overseeing 20 pharmacies in Bristol.
