James Carr is a Senior Software Engineer at Skin + Me since November 2019 and has been with IBM since September 2012, primarily as a Cloud Garage Application Developer, employing Enterprise Design Thinking and agile methodologies to create innovative cloud solutions. Previously, James held roles such as BPM Consultant for Software Services at IBM, Sales Assistant at GAME, Customer Assistant at Hawkin's Bazaar, Freelance Contributor for the BBC, and volunteer Radio Presenter at RaW. James began a career in customer service as a Cashier at Tesco Stores Ltd. James earned a BSc in Physics and Business Studies from the University of Warwick, attending from 2007 to 2010.
