Jon Hayton

Jon Hayton is an experienced professional in organisation development and human resources, currently serving as Organisation Development Senior Lead and Culture, Engagement & Wellbeing Lead at Skipton Building Society since January 2022. Previously, Jon held the roles of Organisation Development Lead and HR Business Partner at Quorn Foods from October 2017 to January 2022. Jon's career also includes positions as Group HR Manager and HR Manager at Karro Food Group from July 2012 to October 2017, as well as HR Advisor, L&D Advisor, and Graduate Management Trainee at Vion from September 2009 to June 2012. Jon holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The University of Manchester, obtained between 2006 and 2009.
