Prateek Gupta is a founding member at Skit, previously known as Vernacular.ai, where the focus is on redefining customer experience through efficient and accurate customer service practices since October 2016. Prior to this role, Prateek served as an Associate in Marketing & Strategy at Wooqer from July 2016 to December 2016, leading initiatives in SEO that significantly increased web traffic. Prateek holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee, completed in 2016, and has a background in senior secondary education in Mathematics and Science from Emmanuel Mission School, Kota.
