Vincent Kao

Vincent Kao is an illustrator and comic artist currently freelancing under The Kao Studios, LLC since January 2016, creating comics such as Mondo Mango and Magical Boy, alongside various illustrations for books and promotional materials. Concurrently, Vincent has been working as an Access Service Assistant and Material Handler at Skokie Public Library since July 2014. Previous experience includes serving as an Art Assistant and Intern at National Geographic for Kids, where Vincent produced crafts, props, and comics for the show Weird But True, and working as a Pixel Artist at Pixeldom, focusing on character animations and pixel art from October 2012 to May 2013. Vincent holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Columbia College Chicago, completed in 2015.
