Piyush Gulati has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 2007, they worked as an Executive in the Human Resources department at Planet Retail Holdings Pvt. Ltd, where they focused on improving department processes and analyzing motivational factors. Piyush later joined Satya Paul as a Senior Executive in the Human Capital Division. In 2010, they became a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Walkway Communications Private Limited. Piyush then joined AccorHotels, where they held various roles including Talent and Culture Manager, Corporate Human Resources & Training Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Assistant Manager. Piyush then moved to Lite Bite Foods Pvt Ltd in 2018, serving as an Assistant General Manager in Human Resources & Administration, where they played a crucial role in streamlining the department. In 2021, they became the Director of Human Resources at The Pride Hotels, India, and currently, they are the Head of Human Resources at Skootr Offices.
Piyush Gulati completed their Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management with a specialization in Human Resource & Marketing Management from Jagan Institute of Management Studies (JIMS, Rohini Sector-5) between 2006 and 2008. Before that, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Electronics and Operations Management from Delhi University from 2002 to 2005.
