Tyler Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Tyler started their career at Best Buy as a Sales Supervisor in Consumer Electronics from February 2005. Tyler then joined Geek Squad Online Support in June 2007, where they played a crucial role in establishing the online support division and remotely resolving technology issues for clients. In 2020, Tyler joined UNFI as a Site Support Analyst, where they organized the site IT office and provided support for enterprise systems and automation technology. Currently, they are working at SKU IQ as the Director of Customer Success, leading and managing a success team to improve customer onboarding and support workflows, drive customer retention, and manage KPIs and reporting.
Tyler Anderson completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering at The University of Southern Mississippi from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Savannah College of Art and Design from 2003 to 2006, focusing on Cinematography and Film/Video Production. In addition to their education, Tyler has obtained several certifications including 5S Concept Certified, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification, TPM Concept from the Management and Strategy Institute (MSI), and Service Hub Software from the HubSpot Academy. The most recent certification was obtained in August 2022.
