Jennifer Wiese is a seasoned entrepreneur and sales professional with extensive experience in the retail and hospitality industries. As the Founder and Owner of BeeFree gluten-free bakery since January 2010, Jennifer created a successful business driven by a personal commitment to providing delicious gluten- and dairy-free treats. Jennifer is also an alumna of SKU track 9, the nation’s first consumer packaged goods accelerator, where strategic tools for startup success are provided. Previous roles include Sales Manager positions at Hyatt Regency and Crowne Plaza Hotels & Resorts, where Jennifer excelled in client relations and marketing strategies, earning recognition as part of the National Sales Team of the Year. Additionally, Jennifer has managerial experience from Burdines and Paul Harris Stores, focusing on visual merchandising and team leadership. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising/Marketing from Ball State University.
