Michel Conley

Michel Conley started their work experience in 2008 as a Lead Teacher, P.M. Supervisor, and IT Specialist at Minnieland Academy. They were responsible for cleaning, updating, and replacing devices, as well as communicating with parents and organizing activities and field trips. From 2011 to 2012, Conley worked as an Assistant Teacher at Discovery Station Learning Center. In 2012, they completed an internship with ServInt at Fortitude Systems, where they handled server issues and installed software. Conley then worked as an Administrative Assistant at Victory Van Corporation/Allied Agent for a brief period in 2013. Later that year, they became an IT Technician at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they dealt with account issues, assisted with Microsoft Outlook, and worked with various government agencies. From 2014 to 2017, Conley worked as a Technical Support Specialist at Akron Public Schools, providing support and repairs for various devices and organizing personal development training. Lastly, since 2017, Conley has been employed as a Technical Support Specialist at SkyBitz.

Michel Conley attained an Associate's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from ITT Technical Institute between 2010 and 2012.
