SKYGEN
As Chief Client Success Officer, Jason Grendahl is responsible for strengthening and driving partnerships with current and future SKYGEN clients by aligning innovative products, services and solutions to client needs; ultimately aimed at enhancing customer success. In addition, he is responsible for delivering client service that exceeds expectations and achieves high levels of client satisfaction.
Mr. Grendahl brings more than two decades of client service, management, and operations leadership experience with a track record of driving growth, reducing operational costs, improving efficiencies while driving customer satisfaction. In this role, Mr. Grendahl leverages his experience with clients and business operations to ensure internal teams are focusing on delivering products and services that clients desire.
Prior to joining SKYGEN, Mr. Grendahl served as Vice President of Relationship Management for Avesis Incorporated. Prior to that, he was Vice President of Client Management within the Optum Payer Solutions organization. Mr. Grendahl’s career also includes operations leadership and business consulting positions across a variety of industries.
Mr. Grendahl earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from North Dakota State University.
