Jason Elias González

Jason Elias González has a diverse and accomplished professional background, currently serving as President of Flag Media since January 2023, while also holding positions as Partner and Investor at Skylab and President and Storyteller at 1670 Creative, Inc. since July 2021 and July 2020 respectively. Additionally, Jason has been the President of The 302 Group since July 2012 and previously served as CEO and National Executive Director of Phi Iota Alpha Fraternity, Inc. from July 2019 to July 2020. Earlier experience includes roles as Portfolio Advisor at Merrill Lynch Wealth Management, Director of Marketing & Business Development at The Tailored Man, and Assistant Vice President in Regulatory Technology at Merrill Lynch.
