Gabriel Beltran, the owner of Skylla Engineering, has an extensive background in systems integration, with experience working as a Systems Integration Officer for the USMC. Beltran holds a BSME in Engineering from Texas Tech University, an MSEE in Engineering from Naval Postgraduate School, a Doctorate of Business Administration in Business from Georgia State University, and recently completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
