Molly Gavin

Molly Gavin serves as the Vice President of Government Affairs and Compliance at Skylo since July 2025. Prior to this role, Molly held the position of Vice President of International Regulatory and Spectrum Policy at Omnispace from June 2021 to July 2025, where advocacy for 5G Non Terrestrial Networks and managing mobile satellite services compliance were key responsibilities. Molly also worked as the Managing Director at Gavin Group International while remotely providing consulting services during a sabbatical in Peru from November 2018 to June 2021. Previous extensive experience at Qualcomm from December 2000 to June 2018 included roles such as Vice President of Government Affairs and Sustainability and Senior Director of International Government Affairs for Southeast Asia, showcasing substantial expertise in spectrum, trade, and telecommunications policy. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Government in Spanish with a concentration in Peace Studies from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Pacific International Affairs in International Relations from UC San Diego School of Global Policy and Strategy.
