Stephen Wetmore is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and sustainable initiatives. Currently serving as a Partner & Business Development lead at SkyNRG since June 2020, Wetmore focuses on creating practical solutions for decarbonization and sustainable growth. Previously, Wetmore held the position of Director of Business Development and Chair of the Board of Directors at the Roundtable on Sustainable Biomaterials from March 2017 to June 2020, along with being the Deputy Chair on the Board of Directors at the Green Building Council South Africa. Contributions include advisory roles in various organizations and initiatives aimed at sustainable financing and environmental protection. With a Master's degree in Development Studies & Economics from Stellenbosch University, Wetmore has a strong foundation in leadership and strategy development across multiple sectors, including environmental advocacy through affiliations with WWF and social entrepreneurship at RAiNN.
