Frances Vickery

Frances Vickery is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in employment law. Currently serving as the Director of Legal (Employment Law) at Skyscanner since April 2020, Frances has previously held key positions such as Senior Employment Counsel at BMI Group, where responsibilities included serving as the sole legal advisor for a workforce of approximately 10,000 employees across EMEA and APAC. Frances also has experience as an Employment Lawyer at Bird & Bird and Osborne Clarke, providing legal counsel on various employment issues for international clients in sectors including technology. Frances earned a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from UCL between 1999 and 2002.
