Eric Rasmussen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Eric started their career at Navlet's Garden Centers in 2003, where they worked as a Customer Service Representative until 2006. From 2006 to 2012, Eric worked at Rasmussen Construction as a Project Manager and Carpenter. In 2009, they took on the role of an Academic Intern at East Bay Regional Park District for a short period. From 2012 to 2014, Eric worked as a Quality Assurance Agent at Old Republic Home Protection. In 2014, they joined SkySlope and held various positions, including Quality Assurance, Junior Software Engineer, and currently as a Software Engineer. At SkySlope, Eric also had the opportunity to take on the role of a Technical Support Supervisor, where they acted as a liaison between customers, Product, Engineering, and upper Management to address and resolve support tickets, streamline troubleshooting processes, and receive recognition as the Most Loved Customer Support Representative in 2016.

Eric Rasmussen obtained a Bachelor's of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University - East Bay, graduating in 2011. Prior to that, they attended Diablo Valley College from 2006 to 2008, where they pursued lower division general education. Eric's high school education was completed at Las Lomas High School between 1999 and 2003.

In addition to their formal education, Eric has obtained several certifications. Eric acquired the Support Center Analyst certification from HDI in January 2016. In July 2015, they obtained certifications in CSS and HTML from W3Schools.com. Eric also received the HDI Customer Service Representative certification from HDI in May 2015.
