Hao Xu

Hao (Howard) Xu is a Senior Staff Process Engineer at SkyWater Technology Foundry, with extensive experience in ion implantation and diffusion processes, including various types of equipment such as Eaton 8200, 8250, and GSD machines. Prior to this role, Xu held positions at Cypress Semiconductor Corporation, contributing to diffusion furnaces and technology transfers between US and Asian foundries. An internship at Intel Corporation focused on photo processes. Xu earned a Master of Science degree in Condensed Matter and Materials Physics from Fudan University from 2008 to 2011.
