Oscar Munoz

Oscar Munoz possesses extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the CMP Equipment Section Manager and Staff CMP Equipment Engineer at SkyWater Technology Foundry since April 2023. Prior roles include Sr. CMP Equipment Engineer at NXP Semiconductors from March 2022 to June 2023 and Sr. EUV Equipment Engineer at ASML from October 2013 to March 2022. Oscar began their career in equipment engineering with positions at International Rectifier, Vias International, Motorola MOS 13, and Hyundai Semiconductor America, and has also worked as a CMP Equipment Engineering Services Technician and Electro-Mechanical Technician at SGS Thomson Microelectronics and IPEC Planar, respectively.
