Stephen Klasinski

Stephen Klasinski has over 17 years of experience in the aerospace industry, with the majority of that time spent at Scaled Composites, LLC. Stephen started at Scaled Composites as a Composite Fabricator 2008. In this role, he was responsible for the fabrication and assembly of aircraft structures. Stephen was eventually promoted to Shop Lead where he supervised anywhere from 2-35+ shop personnel and worked with Engineering, Program VP's, Director of Operations, PBM's and PE's from part fabrication to the first flight of aircraft in a fast paced research and development environment on multiple programs. In 2021, Stephen left Scaled Composites to take on the role of Manufacturing Lead and eventually his current role as Director MFG and Operations at Skyways.
