Henadzi Shutko is an experienced engineering manager currently at Skywind Group since May 2016, where responsibilities include managing a development studio of over 20 people, aligning the goals of multiple independent teams, and overseeing resource planning for production milestones. Notable achievements include delivering over 100 games, successfully implementing EU certification requirements, and facilitating the integration of a newly acquired company. Previously, Henadzi held roles as Frontend Team Lead and Senior Frontend Developer, contributing to the development of core modules and overseeing the frontend team's performance. Henadzi’s career began at Viaden as Flash Team Lead and Flash Developer. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Belarusian National Technical University.
