Oleg Solonets is an experienced engineering manager currently with Skywind Group since May 2023. Prior to this role, Oleg held various positions at EPAM Systems from March 2012 to July 2023, culminating in the role of delivery manager and previously serving as lead software engineer, senior software engineer, and software engineer with team lead and scrum master responsibilities. Earlier experience includes working as an ASP.NET developer at National Electronics Communications, Ltd., and a .Net web developer at Geos. Oleg began a career in software development at KIT, focusing on C# and .NET technologies. Oleg completed studies at the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2006 to 2012.
