Natalie Melinchuk, SPHRi, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Natalie started their career in 2010 as a Short-term interpreter at OSCE ODIHR. In 2010, they also joined Cupid.com as an IT Recruiter and later became a Recruitment Team Leader in 2012. From 2013 to 2015, Natalie worked at NOOSPHERE as an HR Manager. Currently, they are the Head of HR at Skywind Group, a role they have held since 2015.
Natalie Melinchuk, SPHRi, obtained their Master's degree in Language Interpretation and Translation from Classic Private University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. In addition to their degree, Natalie has obtained various certifications throughout their career. In November 2019, they became a Professional in Human Resources - International (PHRi) through HRCI. In June 2020, they obtained the HR Director certification from Mike Pritula Academy. Natalie further expanded their expertise by obtaining the HRBP certification from Mike Pritula Academy in March 2021. Natalie also became a Certified Practitioner in the Art of Neuro-Linguistic Programming through L'n'D group in April 2021. Most recently, Natalie obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources - International (SPHRi) certification from HRCI in January 2023. Furthermore, they completed the Management Essentials program from Harvard Business School Online in March 2023.
