Aaron Ching

Aaron Ching is a seasoned engineering professional specializing in RFIC design, with over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since 2016, Aaron Ching focuses on RF Silicon SOI Switches, Low-Noise Amplifiers, and CMOS Analog Controllers within RF front-end modules. Prior to this, Aaron Ching held various roles at RFMD (now Qorvo, Inc.) from 2006 to 2016, including Senior Engineering Manager and Group Leader, where responsibilities encompassed RF CMOS SOI Antenna Switch Modules and Integrated Passive Devices. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Staff Design Engineer at both RFMD and California Eastern Laboratories, specializing in cellular power amplifiers. Aaron Ching holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF Microwaves from the University of California, Davis.
