Ajay Naik

Ajay Naik is an experienced RF Validation Engineer at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since May 2025, previously serving as a Senior Product Development Engineer and Product Engineer at Analog Devices from January 2020 to March 2025. Prior to that, Ajay worked as a Radio Frequency Engineer at Globalstar from August 2018 to January 2020 and gained experience as an intern at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 2018. Ajay also contributed as a Graduate Research Assistant at the same university, focusing on the design of 2D periodic structures to achieve desired phase shifts. Early career experiences include an IC Design Internship at Analog Rails in July 2017. Ajay holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Bachelor's in Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
