Bhanu Prakash Yadlapalli, PMP®, serves as the Operations Manager - Strategy at Skyworks Solutions, Inc. since November 2021, focusing on operations, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement initiatives. Prior experience includes positions as a Staff Industrial Engineer and Senior Industrial Engineer at Skyworks, where responsibilities encompassed project management for capacity improvement and factorywide cost savings, as well as serving as a 5S Champion. Previously, Bhanu held the role of Senior Industrial Engineer at Lennox International, managing manufacturing interns and leading programs in capacity improvement and labor optimization. Further experience includes industrial engineering roles at SKF Group and Accenture. Bhanu holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from PES University.
