Matthew Reingold

Matthew Reingold is currently an Engineering Intern at nLIGHT since June 2023, following previous experience as a Student R&D Intern at Sandia National Laboratories from May to August 2022, where significant contributions included presenting research updates, utilizing advanced microscopy for measurements, and conducting data analysis. Earlier, as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, Reingold synthesized 2D semiconducting materials and analyzed various parameters affecting their properties, while also managing ultra-high vacuum system repairs and data collection using several analytical techniques. Matthew Reingold holds a Bachelor of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, completed in May 2023, and is pursuing a Master of Science in the same field, expected in May 2024.
