Marcel Wientjen

Marcel Wientjen is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in innovation, leadership, and project management across various industries. Currently serving in an innovation role at Slachtofferhulp Nederland since August 2022, Marcel provides support and guidance to victims of crimes and disasters. Marcel has also been the CEO of Braintoss since June 2016, overseeing the development of a widely downloaded note-capturing app and managing a diverse team and finances. As the Founder and CEO of Travelling Connect from October 2003 to December 2023, Marcel established a loyalty platform for airline program members and led numerous business initiatives. Previous experience includes serving as Project Leader IT for GGD Amsterdam during the Covid-19 pandemic, alongside senior management roles at Telfort and BT. Marcel holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Amsterdam.
