Ethan Eismann is the SVP Design at Slack. Formerly he was led the design team at Uber and then Airbnb. At Uber, he headed a team of 180 people made of talented designers, researchers, writers and producers who work together with enough passion to pursue the dream of creating the next generation of transportation that seeks to make a significant worldwide impact.

Prior to Uber, Ethan led Google's Commerce UX team. His team of 80 people designed shopping, travels and payments experiences deeply interesting. During his years at Google, his team designed and launched a number of flagship products such as Android Pay, Google Express, Google Wallet, Google Trips and Google Offers. Ethan began his career as a design intern at Adobe where he adapted to the enormous demands of the company. Shortly after, he started to carry out the management and the teams he led grew in size. Over nine years at Adobe, he designed products at Digital Imaging, Creative Suite, Developer Tooling, Digital Publishing Suite, Adobe’s AIR platform and the Creative Cloud and Tablet Touch apps.
