Jane Xiao is a seasoned product designer with extensive experience in user-centered design and digital product development. Currently serving as Sr. Principal and Associate Director of Product Design at Slalom Build since May 2021, Jane advocates for team growth and co-leads project phases. Prior roles include Senior Architect at Slalom Build and Senior UX/UI Designer at GoExpedi, where significant contributions were made to e-commerce applications and design systems. Jane has also held positions at AIG Retirement Services, 3Leaf Consulting, MJV Technology & Innovation, and Lovett Homes, showcasing a strong background in innovative design and project management across various sectors. Jane holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of Texas at Austin.
