Joel Forman

Joel Forman is an experienced professional currently serving as General Manager at Slalom, where responsibilities include blending design, product engineering, analytics, and automation to develop future digital products. With a career at Slalom beginning in August 2006, Joel has held various leadership roles, including Managing Director, Practice Area Director, Practice Area Lead, Solution Architect, and Consultant, contributing significantly to the growth of build centers and teams across North America, incubating DevOps capabilities, and establishing Slalom as an AWS Premier Partner. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Application Developer at Safeco Insurance. Joel holds a BA in Business with a specialization in Management of Information Systems from Western Washington University and has completed leadership training at Stagen Leadership Academy.
