Jeff Ernst has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in marketing, research, and entrepreneurship. JEFF is the Founder and CEO of SlapFive, a customer marketing software platform that helps B2B firms engage customers and capture their voices as testimonials. JEFF also founded and organized the CustomerX Community, a community focused on improving customer marketing practices. Additionally, Ernst founded the CustomerXCon, a conference dedicated to driving customer-led growth. JEFF served as an Advisory Board Member for Revenue Accelerators, a company that helps marketing and sales teams align messaging and engagement strategies. In their role as a Researcher at the Buyer Persona Institute, Ernst worked towards mainstreaming buyer personas and insights for marketers. As a Strategic Market Research Consultant at Nuance Communications, they conducted primary market research to assess the viability of a solution for the Law Enforcement industry. Ernst also served as an Advisor for Sococo, a company specializing in virtual office software. Prior to that, they worked at Forrester Research as a Principal Analyst, focusing on serving CMOs and promoting thought leadership and technology utilization. JEFF co-founded TalentReef, a social recruiting and candidate relationship management platform, and served as an Advisor in the company. Ernst also held the position of Vice President of Marketing and Products at Kadient, where they helped transform the company into a SaaS-based sales enablement application vendor.

Jeff Ernst completed their educations with an MBA in Entreprenuerial Studies from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, from 1987 to 1989. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance & Investments from Babson College, where they studied from 1982 to 1986. In addition to their educational qualifications, Jeff Ernst has also obtained certifications in Automation Pro I and Automation Pro II from Workato in November 2022.
