Kyle Yantis has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. In 2009, they worked as an Assistant Scout Master for Troop 1577 with the Boy Scouts of America. From 2011 to 2012, they served as a Resident Assistant at Longwood University. In 2013, they became a Senior Mortgage Consultant at Tidewater Home Mortgage Group, Inc., where they processed loan applications and worked with clients to find suitable mortgage options. Kyle later joined FedBid, Inc. as a Quality Assurance Marketplace Intern, where they validated bids and ensured compliance with terms and conditions. In 2014, they became a Named Account Executive at Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. and later transitioned to the role of Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Tyson's/Vienna in 2016. At Ellucian, they served as a Client Partner Inside Sales for the Banner ERP before transitioning to a Sales Development Representative role and then to a Customer Advocate Associate role, where they managed a global customer reference program. Kyle then moved to UserTesting as an Associate Customer Marketing Manager, focusing on highlighting customer success stories. Most recently, they worked at CloudBees as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager, leading customer advocacy efforts. Kyle is currently serving as the Associate Director of Customer Experience at SlapFive: Customer Marketing, starting in 2022.
Kyle Yantis attended Bishop O'Connell from 2006 to 2009. Kyle then enrolled at Longwood University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Sociology.
