Ritu Barkotoky, MS, ACC, CPCC, PHR, currently serves as the Head of Talent Management & Employee Experience at Slate Auto, focusing on creating affordable, personalized vehicles. Ritu is also a Board Member at OakMac SHRM and the Founder of Thrive Impact LLC, which specializes in leadership coaching and Human Resources consulting. Previously, Ritu held the position of Director of People Development at Amsted Automotive, contributing to a substantial global presence and revenue, and has worked in various HR roles across organizations including Wolverine Advanced Materials and the Detroit Zoological Society. Ritu's educational background includes a Master's Degree in HR and Organizational Development from Eastern Michigan University and an advanced business education from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
