Colin Wier

Colin Wier is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in intellectual property and digital technologies. Currently serving as General Counsel for Digital Technologies at SLB, Colin has previously held positions such as Senior Division IP Counsel and Senior Intellectual Property Counsel for Enterprise Cloud and Data Software Technology. Prior legal experience includes working as an associate at Wood, Herron & Evans, LLP, a legal intern at Pitts & Brittian, and a co-operative intern at Notifier, a division of Honeywell. Colin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Kentucky J. David Rosenberg College of Law, earned between 2004 and 2007, and a Master of Engineering in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Louisville, completed in 2004.
