Karan Bhatia

Karan Bhatia is an experienced professional in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as the Digital Operations Business Manager for Europe at SLB since March 2012. With a focus on digital solutions in oil and gas production, carbon capture, and hydrogen operations, Karan has held multiple leadership roles, including Digital Production Solutions Lead and Production Solutions Technical Lead, overseeing teams and delivering engineering and data management solutions. Prior to SLB, Karan gained experience as a Petroleum Engineer at Ingen Ideas Limited and served as an Electrical and Instrument Engineer at Wasco Energy. Educational qualifications include an MSc in Petroleum Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and a B.Engg (Hons) in Electronics and Instrumentation from Birla Institute of Technology and Science.
