Uday Kumar Marupakula

Uday Kumar Marupakula is an experienced mechanical engineer with a diverse background in various engineering roles since 2005. Currently serving as Engineer II at Forum Energy Technologies since August 2014, Uday is responsible for developing an online Product Quote Configuration system, creating BOMs, investigating field failures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance engineering and manufacturing tools. Prior roles include mechanical engineering positions at Cyient and Schlumberger, focusing on service quality issue resolution and product improvements, as well as mechanical design engineering at Caterpillar Inc., where Uday contributed to cost reduction and new product designs for engine components. Uday's career began as a research assistant at Northern Illinois University, where significant work was performed on the design of bipolar plates for fuel cells. Uday holds a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northern Illinois University.
