Dawn Gordon

Dawn Gordon is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in internal audit and risk management, currently serving as Vice President of Internal Audit & Risk Management at Sleep Number Corporation since October 2012. In this role, Dawn develops and executes a risk-based internal audit plan aligned with organizational goals, while also leading objective reviews of operations and recommending enhancements. Prior experience includes positions at MTS Systems, where Dawn managed compliance audit activities, and Ceridian, where oversight of SOX and SAS70 compliance was provided. Earlier roles at United Health Group involved financial analysis and support, as well as leading SOX implementation efforts. Dawn holds an MBA in Accounting and Finance from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Wisconsin-Stout.
