Jen Foster

Jen Foster currently serves as Vice President of Inventory Strategy, Planning, & Analytics at Sleep Number Corporation since April 2022, after previously holding the position of Senior Director of Supply Chain Planning & Analytics. Foster has extensive experience in analytics and supply chain, having held senior roles at Strategic Education, Inc., UNFI, and SUPERVALU, where leadership responsibilities included managing large teams and developing key business analytics strategies. Foster’s career began at Target, where significant contributions were made as a Buyer/Merchant and in other roles focused on inventory management and merchandising. Jen Foster holds an MBA from Loughborough University and a BA in Biology with a minor in Business Management from the College of Saint Benedict.
